Four operational realities. One platform principle.
Wind operators do not buy "elevating platforms." They buy answers to four operational realities: installing new turbines, replacing components on the ones already in the field, re-powering old sites with bigger machines, and removing turbines at the end of their life. The same CLS Wind platform principle answers all four.
New build
Installing the next generation of onshore and offshore turbines, where conventional cranes and heavy-lift vessels are running out of capacity.
§ 02MCR · Major Component Replacement
Replacing blades, gearboxes, generators, and transformers in service, on towers conventional cranes struggle to reach.
§ 03Re-powering
Removing 1990s-2000s turbines and installing larger, more productive units on the same site, often with the same foundation.
§ 04Decommissioning
End-of-life turbine removal, with the same platform that installs and exchanges components. No new tooling, no new vessel class.
Each solution uses one or both of CLS Wind's two product lines: KINKA LIFT™ for onshore work, ORCA LIFT™ for fixed and floating offshore.
