CLS Wind shares the sad news of the passing of our co-founder and Chief Executive Officer, Kent A. Johnson. We honor his vision and the company he built, and our thoughts are with his friends and family.
It is with deep sadness that CLS Wind announces the passing of our co-founder and Chief Executive Officer, Kent A. Johnson.
Kent co-founded CLS Wind and led it from an idea to a validated lifting platform for onshore and offshore wind. He brought more than twenty-five years of heavy-lift engineering and a conviction that proven offshore engineering could change how wind is installed. He led the company’s partnerships, its investor relations, and its patent strategy, and he shaped the team and the standard it holds.
We will continue the work he began. Our thoughts are with his friends and family.
